Refund Policy

1. Our guarantee, in plain English

Every Plixi plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your Instagram account does not reach its plan's follower goal within the first 30 days of your campaign going live, you can request a full refund of your first payment — no forms, no fights, no fine print.

2. What counts as your follower goal

Your follower goal is the bottom of your plan's advertised growth range, measured as new followers gained during your first 30 days:

• Basic plan (monthly or yearly): 1,000 new followers in your first 30 days.
• Pro plan (monthly or yearly): 2,500 new followers in your first 30 days.
• Yearly plan: the same monthly floor applies each month across the year you paid for — measured from the day your campaign goes live.

Follower counts are measured by our analytics dashboard from the moment your campaign goes live (within 24 hours of completing your targeting setup).

3. Refund eligibility window

Refund requests under the guarantee must be submitted within 45 days of your first payment (your 30-day campaign period plus a 15-day grace window to file the request). Requests made after this window are handled case-by-case and are not covered by the guarantee.

4. Conditions that keep the guarantee valid

Because our system needs a working campaign to deliver results, the guarantee applies when, during your first 30 days:

• your Instagram account remained public and in good standing with Instagram;
• you completed your targeting setup (hashtags, competitors or locations) within 7 days of purchase;
• your username was not changed mid-campaign (this breaks growth tracking);
• you did not run another paid growth service on the same account at the same time (this makes results impossible to attribute).

If any of these weren't met, we won't leave you stranded — contact us and we'll restart your campaign window or find another fair fix.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email support@plixi-ai.com from the email you used at checkout.
2. Include your Instagram handle and your PayPal transaction ID (or the last 4 digits of the card used).
3. Our team replies within 48 hours on business days and confirms your growth numbers against the dashboard.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal — whether you paid with your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We never issue refunds as store credit unless you ask for it.

7. One-time payments — no auto-renewal

• Every Plixi plan is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. We never store your card for automatic deduction, and nothing renews on its own.
• Nothing to cancel: your plan runs for the period you paid for (30 days or a year) and then simply stops. You are only ever charged again if you choose to buy another plan yourself.
• Monthly plan: after your first 30 days, a payment for a period already delivered is non-refundable.
• Yearly plan: covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Fall below your follower floor in the first 30 days and you receive a full refund of your yearly payment. After the guarantee window, unused full months are refunded pro-rata on request.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback — our guarantee is faster than a dispute, and we approve every legitimate claim. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may pause the connected campaign while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the change is published, never retroactively. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
